The Heilbronn District Office is a modern service provider that acts in the interest of the common good. The administrative authority, with around 2,000 employees, is responsible for the municipalities and residents of the entire district.

As part of a job replacement, a position is now available in Department 30 - Construction and Environment - as

Team Lead for Groundwater, Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites (m/f/d)

on a permanent basis.

Water and soil are essential resources for humans, animals and plants and therefore deserve special protection. This task is currently carried out by 34 engineering, scientific and administrative employees of Department Water Law and Soil Protection.

As the lower water authority and lower soil protection and contaminated sites authority, Department 30.3 approves and monitors the sustainable use of water and soil resources, supports the forward-looking development of our rivers, streams and lakes, and represents the interests of water and soil protection in participation procedures such as approval procedures and urban development
