As a case manager, you will support participants and learners in their professional (re)integration into the first job market and accompany them throughout the entire integration process.
In this position, you will play a crucial role as a central point of contact.Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular communication with participants and referring agencies through weekly and on-site meetings
- Observing, reviewing, and supporting the goal agreement and its implementation in collaboration with the specialist support and job coach
- Regular reporting and ongoing management of the case file using case management software
- Maintaining close contact with referring agencies and all other involved parties Your profile:
- Extensive experience in vocational integration within the context of disability insurance and unemployment insurance
- Knowledge of Swiss social security systems
