WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Project Manager (m/f/d) at Carle Place, you will ensure that our insurance clients can use the EMIL Insurance Suite according to their needs. You will be part of our Implementation Team and thus contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry by introducing our SaaS solution to our clients.

You will provide proofs of concept to our potential clients and be their first point of contact, even before the product purchase and during the implementation process
You will quickly and successfully set up our SaaS solution for our clients, explain how to use and operate our product for a smooth go-live of the software
Afterwards, you will provide support for troubleshooting and questions, laying the foundation for the long-term success of our clients
You will be responsible for project management and communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external; regularly meet with the team and keep everyone updated
If necessary, you will document project requirements, adjustments, and progress

WHAT YOU BRING

You have at least 2-3 years of experience working with technical projects or integrations
Affinity for technology, preferably with a technical background
You are able to build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You feel at home in project management
