Through seamless integration of cash register and inventory management systems, as well as existing machinery in the store, Shop-IQ enables automation of processes and documentation tasks. Our deeply integrated products in the field of digital signage and digital price tags offer connected solutions.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT:

In your daily work, you are closely connected with consulting, support, account management, and, if necessary, our development department. You support our customers and help them achieve their goals. Through targeted needs analyses, you can assist customers in maximizing the full potential of Shop-IQ.

YOUR ROLE:

Your role is introduced in the early phase of the customer journey for new customers. Customer success management is an offering - customers decide for themselves to what extent they make use of it.
