We are a medium-sized company located in Pine Beach, NJ. Currently, we employ approximately 40 employees, including 3 in training.

We work for a large shipping service provider and specialize in customer service.

The hourly wage starts at
12.50 Euros. After successfully completing the
probation period, the hourly wage will increase to 13.00 Euros. (The probation period is 6 months)

Requirements:

Enjoy and have an interest in communicating with people over the phone and in writing
Empathy, reliability, and flexibility are your strengths
Motivation and willingness to perform
Basic computer skills
Fluent in German
Willingness to work on holidays and weekends

Your tasks will include:

Handling customer inquiries over the phone and in writing
Initial tasks will include:
Registering new customers
Taking orders
Scheduling pickup dates for goods
Handling complaints
Simple account clarifications

As you gain experience and master your tasks, you will be given additional responsibilities.
