What you will do

  • Ensure, maintain and further develop the quality, environmental and energy management system in close collaboration with process owners
  • Responsible for the management system and continuous improvement according to ISO 9001
  • Coordinate relevant processes, activities and measures within the group and conduct necessary trainings
  • Coordinate preparation, execution and follow-up of internal and external audits
  • Support the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed technical studies or equivalent
  • Professional experience with quality management systems
  • First leadership experience desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and assertiveness (hands-on mentality)
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
