Description

For a coagulation diagnostics medical center in
Düsseldorf, we are currently seeking a
Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for direct placement (NO TEMP WORK).

Your responsibilities:

Receiving and preparing patients for consultations
Conducting blood draws and therapeutic measures such as infusions and transfusions
Organizing appointments, scheduling, and prescription management
Preparing billing (EBM, GOÄ, and IgeL services)
Maintaining patient records and performing general administrative tasks

Your qualifications:

Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Experience with MS Office and preferably with the medical information system Medical Office
Responsible work ethic and team player mentality
Proficiency in using computers and openness to learning new systems
