We are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) to join our team in Pasco, WA for the security of a property in Chemnitz:

Your tasks:

  • Reception and telephone service
  • Issuing and receiving keys from company employees and documenting them
  • Managing emergency keys for tenants
  • Checking parking and employee/membership cards for employees and tenants
  • Collecting parking fees from tenants and visitors
  • Billing parking fees to the main tenant
  • Documenting and managing the security logbook
  • Documenting and forwarding all courier services, such as mail, packages, and other deliveries
  • Conducting regular patrol rounds
  • Monitoring locking systems and alarm systems

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training in security services (IHK) or proof of expertise according to § 34a
  • Previous experience in security services is an advantage
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Independent, careful, and conscientious work ethic
  • Resilience, flexibility, and commitment
  • Willingness to continue education and training
