Your tasks

Development and design of products and components in the Kayser product portfolio
Management of development projects from prototype phase to series production in coordination with sales departments and all departments involved in the project, as well as customers and suppliers
Technical definition of components and coordination with suppliers and customers (specifications and requirements) to ensure technical requirements are met
Creation of technical presentations for internal and external meetings
Creation of tolerance calculations and statistical analyses
Guidance of CAD and testing field employees in critical design and testing questions
Evaluation of FEM and CFD simulation results
Evaluation of measurement results for component performance values
Review of drawings for content and formal criteria

Completed university degree in one of the following or similar fields: mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, automotive construction, plastics engineering, electronics, or design
Extensive expertise in the design of plastic components and systems
Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Kayser product portfolio
Knowledge of compliance with applicable regulations and standards in the automotive industry (EMC, patents)
Project management experience from concept development to series launch
Fluent in English
