HR Business Partners to shape the future of work together


Responsibilities:


  • You will contribute to the development and implementation of our HR strategy to achieve business goals and support our leaders in strategic HR topics
  • You will analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with our HR Centers of Competence to develop solutions, programs, and policies (e.g. for learning and development, talent acquisition)
  • You will ensure highquality HR processes (e.g. salary review, performance evaluation)
  • You will align employees with company goals, participate in performance measurement/improvement, support employee development, and resolve conflicts if necessary
  • You see yourself as a change agent and accompany the company transformation

Profile:


  • Several years of experience in a dynamic HR environment as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager
  • University degree related to HRM or equivalent education with relevant experience
  • Both peopleoriented and analytical skills to drive measures throughout the company with a strong stakeholder orientation
  • Knowledge of German labor law is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
