Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Primary Job Role:

Perform data entry and administrative duties.

Prepare, enter, and review vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Assist in reconciliation of accounts at the end of each month.

Review and process property tax assessments and payments.

Manage and organize the internal invoicing inbox. This includes working with management on approval of invoices and tagging other invoices for printing and processing of payment.

Assist with day-to-day functions of the accounting department, including filing, report generation, and review.

Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 1-2 years


Required / Credentials:

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and vendors.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Microsoft
