Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Service Representative to join our team at our facility in Selinsgrove, PA As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for problem-solving.

This role will service central PA and company car provided.


Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required
  • Clean driving record

Salary info:

**$25 - $30 / hr
