Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

The position is permanent and can be filled full-time or part-time. The place of work is our headquarters in Radolfzell am Bodensee.


Your responsibilities

• You independently and timely process payroll and salary calculations, including all legal reporting, for our employees.
• You are the contact person for reporting and certification and answer questions regarding wage, social security, and tax law.
• You maintain payroll accounts, work closely with the personnel department, and handle communication with health insurance companies and authorities.
• You support in creating statistics, reports for management, and preparing annual financial statements.
• In addition, you work closely with the Head of Finance to continuously develop and optimize payroll accounting processes.
