What can you expect?

You will be responsible for developing and establishing a company academy, as well as conceptualizing a learning center for the industrial sector
You will advise managers and employees on personnel and leadership development, and be responsible for the conception, implementation, and management of a strategic leadership development program
You will be in charge of implementing new digital learning techniques and developing target group-oriented learning formats, and also oversee vocational training

What do you need to bring?

You have successfully completed a (university) degree in business, psychology, or a related field, and have several years of relevant work experience in production companies
