To strengthen our team at Schaumaplast Reilingen GmbH, we are currently looking for a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible


Your tasks will include:

  • Independent operation of our modern EPP molding machines
  • Selection of the appropriate tool based on production documents
  • Setting up the tools on the machines
  • Entering production parameters into the control system or selecting a predefined recipe for molding the parts
  • Optimizing production parameters during the process
  • Preparing tools for new orders
  • Maintenance of the equipment, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ensuring quality requirements by measuring and weighing the molded parts

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a process, industrial or plant mechanic or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in a similar position
  • Very good general technical understanding
  • Independent, proactive and teamoriented thinking and working
