Your Profile:

You have:
- a degree as a geriatric nurse or health and nursing nurse
- preferably completed training to lead a unit or the willingness to undergo this training
- strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- interpersonal sensitivity and experience in leading and motivating employees
- a commitment to continuously improving the quality of care
