Your responsibilities

As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the supervision and management of our employees
You will be in charge of recruiting specialized personnel
You will conduct interviews and employee meetings, review incoming applications, and invite candidates for interviews
You will also be responsible for hiring qualified new employees
You will independently handle personnel scheduling and ensure compliance with legal and collective bargaining conditions
You will be responsible for advising our existing customers and maintaining long-term and collaborative customer relationships
But you will also be responsible for acquiring new customers
Customer and sales calls, as well as customer visits, will round off your duties
