Description

On behalf of our client, a leading service provider based in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a payroll accountant (m/f/x) with DATEV experience. This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. Our services, including support and placement, are free of charge for applicants.

What to expect:

  • In this position, you will independently create monthly payroll for a defined group of employees in accordance with contractual and legal regulations.
  • You have experience with time management systems and work closely with departments for time tracking.
  • You will advise and support employees and managers on all payroll-related issues.
  • You will communicate with social security agencies, health insurance companies, and authorities and handle reporting and certification processes.
  • You will support and actively participate in specific HR projects.

What you bring:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent qualifications.
  • You have extensive professional experience in payroll accounting.
  • You have experience with company pension schemes in various implementation methods.
  • You have a conscientious and responsible work ethic.
  • You appreciate a modern work style and drive continuous development of existing processes, including digitalization.
  • Experience with DATEV-Lodas is ideal.
