Internship in Human Resources - International Onboarding

Your tasks

Supporting the HR team in Onboarding from August/September 2024 for six months, focusing on pre- and onboarding topics
Building knowledge on pre- and onboarding at Lidl
Assisting with the implementation and further development of international onboarding processes
Planning, conducting, and following up on meetings with our Lidl countries
Supporting in smaller and larger workshops
Collaborating on topics related to qualification, digitalization, or monitoring of onboarding
