Responsibilities

Scheduling and deployment of experts
Tracking of orders and deadlines
Preparation of offers
Commercial and organizational order processing
Handling of customer inquiries and travel expense reports
Analysis and evaluation in SAP
Conception and support of marketing and sales activities
Office organization and assumption of higherlevel department tasks

Qualifications

Completed commercial apprenticeship or further education as business administrator or industrial specialist, or a comparable qualification
Experience in offer calculation, order processing, and customer service
Good knowledge of SAP
Friendly and confident demeanor
Assertiveness and negotiation skills
Teamwork and independent and conscientious work style
Strong customer orientation
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluent in German, good knowledge of English is an advantage
