- Documenting the handling process
- Creating and revising knowledge base articles
- Potentially taking on individual projects beyond support, depending on qualifications
You will support our 4-person support team and the remote service group leader. Your working conditions are modern and professionally designed. With 18 full-time employees, our age structure is well-mixed. We value a good working atmosphere and promote it through various measures. We have short decision-making processes.
