Your responsibilities- Creating offers based on given performance specifications, creating additional agreements during project execution
- Creating offers and mass compilations based on functional descriptions and plans
- Creating cost comparisons as part of offer calculations for suppliers and subcontractors
- Assisting with project handover to order processing
- Requesting and executing material orders from manufacturers and wholesalers
- Conducting purchasing and price negotiations or strategies as agreed upon
- Evaluating offers from wholesalers and subcontractors, creating price comparisons
- Continuously improving purchasing conditions with manufacturers and wholesalers
- Completed technical (master/technician) or commercial training in building/supply engineering, preferably in the heating and plumbing sector
- Experience in calculation and project purchasing
- Independent, structured, and resultsoriented work style
- A friendly and reliable personality who enjoys interacting with customers, suppliers, and working in a team, and is enthusiastic with a "cando" attitude.
