    As our Sales Applications Engineer, you will be a part of a fun, strong, and knowledgeable team. You will be responsible for supporting sales and new business opportunities, cross-selling with existing accounts, and providing technical sales support, communication, and satisfaction to our customers.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Proactively drive team-based sales growth in a competitive market while living Winchesters' core values
    • Support Winchesters' long-term organic growth goals by establishing robust sales practices, building customer relationships & processes that improve Bookings, Revenue & EBITDA, OTD, and established KPI's
    • Ability to work with a diverse team and achieve results
    • 5+ years of technical skills

    What will you be Accountable for?

    • Contribute to and execute sales strategy and tactics to grow the business
    • New business pipeline development and bookings
    • Technical customer support and quoting
    • Customer satisfaction and communication
    • Build strong customer relationships

    How will you Collaborate?

    You will collaborate across Winchester Interconnect RF Corp and the Corporate Sales Team in a way that leverages the collective strengths of the team and determines the best approach to win the business. You will work internally across functions and with the internal sales team to service customers' needs - mainly providing technical support and quoting. You will have a positive, engaged, and infectious attitude that's easy to work with and aligns with our culture

    What are you Empowered to do?

    • Support and contribute to the sales strategy for sustained organic growth that aligns with our growth goals (bookings, EBITDA)
    • Develop strong relationships with key customers and the Corporate sales team
    • Collaborate frequently with other departments to ensure accurate and timely quoting and customer satisfaction
    • Identify and develop target customers with opportunities that fit our core technologies and solution sets
    • Provide technical training/support to our sales team and customers
    • Communicate with the internal teams at a cadence that makes expectations and performance clear
    • Determine the best usage of your time in terms of travel, customer calls and communications to accomplish our overall sales goals
    • Provide industry and market feedback to the team for products, CAPEX, and growth ideas
