Training as an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) at Bertelsmann Lincoln ParkWhat to expect?
As an industrial clerk, you will provide high-quality and individual services for our customers.
You will be involved in all aspects of the business, from material procurement to product sales, from a commercial perspective.
During your training, you will rotate through different departments every three months, often even within the group company.This will give you a comprehensive insight into the various business areas of our company and support you in exciting and diverse tasks.
You will be integrated into different teams and your trainers will trust you with a lot of responsibility from the beginning.
The vocational school lessons take place two mornings a week at our in-house vocational college. The main principle is always "learning by doing". This is what makes training at Bertelsmann so interesting and varied.How long is the training?
