Your role

  • Managing the Contract Manufacturing Units in the Central Europe region, including the facilities in Graz (Austria), Isola (Italy), Labesfal (Portugal), Louvier (France), and Friedberg (Germany)
  • P&L responsibility for the contract manufacturing business of sterile pharmaceuticals in the Central Europe region
  • Business development for new contract manufacturing projects of sterile pharmaceuticals
  • Preparation of offers, margins, and pricing for contract manufacturing products, based on the cost structure of the facilities and development centers in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Key account and alliance management for strategic contract manufacturing clients in the region
  • Negotiation and management of contracts for contract manufacturing
  • Project coordination (facility, client, R&D, external partners); monitoring and control of timelines, costs, steering, and budget changes for contract manufacturing business
  • Preparation of presentations for budget reviews (FC0, FC2, FC3/BUD, etc.), including risk assessment related to contract manufacturing business in the region
  • Support for facility managers in existing contract manufacturing facilities and assistance with master plans for production sites
  • Support for marketing strategy for contract manufacturing business (trade shows, advertisements, journal articles, promotional materials)
  • Representation of Fresenius Kabi Contract Manufacturing at trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Coordination with respective business units regarding utilization of facilities and product portfolio
  • Monitoring market trends for contract manufacturing and identifying new business areas
