The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our location in Karlsruhe.
What to expect during your apprenticeship:

You will support the track construction teams and ensure the safety of rail traffic
You will learn how to survey the track construction area and operate construction equipment
You will be trained in renewing gravel in the track bed, installing new rails, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining construction equipment
You will have the opportunity to obtain a Class B driver's license and a certification as a excavator and loader operator

Your profile:

You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) your education
You are dedicated, conscientious, and reliable
You enjoy working in a team and are always willing to help
You are comfortable working outdoors and in shifts
