Location:
Philadelphia, PA (On-Site)
Pay Rate:
$25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR processes including onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems; prior experience with iSolved is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations, including COVID19 vaccination requirements (religious exemptions accepted).
- Prepare and analyze HR reports using MS Suite and Excel.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required; degree preferred.
- 23 years of experience in administration, onboarding, or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
- Prior experience in a health clinic setting or nonprofit organization is highly desirable.
- COVID19 vaccination required, with consideration for religious exemptions.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
