Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they enter the showroom.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule test drives and appointments for sales consultations.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and appointments.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
  • Knowledge or interest in automotive industry trends and products is a plus.
