- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and counting of microelectronic components.
- Utilize microscopes, x-ray tech, and chemicals to inspect components to industry standards.
- Analyze components and identify nonconformances based on manufacturer information.
- Adhere to guidelines and use hand tools for product handling.
- Manage material stocks, provide training, and maintain organized work areas.
- Use computer-based systems for data entry.
- This is an entry-level position. High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle small components with precision.
- Occasional ladder use.
- Ability to discriminate colors.
- Close-up vision.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
