We are looking for a dog trainer in Palos Hills, IL. Our dog is a good girl and we have no problems at home. She will be turning three years old in February. However, she is very nervous. She recently bit a newly adopted dog and had a bout of parvo, which has made her tense around other dogs. She also has a tendency to show aggression towards children, possibly due to a past experience of being kicked and yelled at by some kids for a year. We are not sure what to do because she is not a bad dog, but we may have been too protective and fearful with her. We need help in addressing these behaviors.
