Responsibilities:

You will go through our individually tailored trainee program with assignments in product management, quality management, fleet, logistics & supply chain management, as well as original equipment (OE)
You will actively participate in daily business and support the team in market and competition analysis, product performance analysis, improvement of ongoing processes, and much more
You will actively support tire inspections and customer visits to ensure product performance and evaluate prototypes, as well as evaluate and track improvement potentials
You will gain valuable project experience in an international environment
You will have the opportunity to get to know the working methods of one of our European branches during a stay abroad
You will receive customized training to help you build a network and achieve your career goals

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a technical qualification in industrial engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics, or general mechanical engineering, or can provide a similar education
You have initial professional experience through internships or working student positions
You have analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of numbers, data, and facts
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, and are proficient in common MS Office programs
