We are currently looking for you as a Clerk for Space Planning and Utilization (m/f/d) for a position at DB's location in Frankfurt (Main).


Your tasks:


  • Creating and updating the space book in the PC system Planon
  • Advising clients on work planning measures using the existing software
  • Planning internal moves and coordinating accompanying work
  • Disposing/reserving space
  • Conducting space handovers and takeovers during user changes
  • Documenting building occupancy and visualizing it through created Planon/CAD applications

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial or technical training
  • Experience in object management tasks and knowledge of building inventory recording/surveying
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Solid CAD knowledge
  • Customer orientation, resilience, and strong communication skills complete your profile
