The Bob & Mary Gastronomie GmbH & Co KG was founded in 2014. We currently operate a high-quality burger and salad concept at 3 locations in Germany. In the calendar year, we serve around 250,000 customers. We place special emphasis on the freshness and purity of our products.

We do not use industrial goods, produce our own burger patties, avoid the use of artificial colors and preservatives, and have all sauces produced according to our specifications.

For our
branch in Düsseldorf at Carlsplatz, we are currently looking for:


Shift Manager (m/f/d) full-time 40 hours/week

These tasks await you:


  • Service activities and guest service
  • Taking orders, serving and clearing dishes, as well as cashing in cash or with a debit card
  • Advice and recommendation of our dishes and drinks
  • Preparation of service (mise en place)
  • Competent contact person for guests and employees
  • Secure handling of the cash register and ordering system (GastroNovi)
  • Processing of reservations
  • Creation and control of the daily closing
