The International Bund (IB) is one of the largest providers of youth, social, and educational services in Germany with over employees. In our supervised youth housing and residential group in Reutlingen's Markwasen, we support and accompany young people aged 15 and above in the context of child and youth services, with a focus on education, training, independent living, and environmental and media education on their path to adulthood. The Carlo Schmid House, with its diverse, interconnected work areas and a cafeteria, is beautifully situated on the edge of a municipal recreational area with good public transport connections.

We are looking for an Area Manager (m/f/d) to take over and expand the existing services and further develop the current facility.
