We are looking for a friendly support (m/f/d) for our travel service hotline in Lisbon, FL.


We answer our customers' questions about travel on various channels (phone, email, chat), assist with the booking process, and provide support for inquiries and issues with existing bookings.

Career changers are welcome and will be trained by us. Good German and English skills, as well as basic computer skills, are required.

After training, a switch to remote work is possible.

It is important that you have a positive attitude and enjoy being surrounded by nice people

Flexible working hours.

Whether you work 30 or 40 hours a week, you will receive a fixed hourly wage in an employer-based system for salary increases and also receive attractive subsidies and a welcome bonus of up to €2000.
