Your responsibilities:


  • Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the team
  • Further development of existing products
  • Conducting tolerance and feasibility analyses
  • Selection of tools, methodology, and definition of standards
  • Creation of specifications and product documentation

Your qualifications:


  • Completed technical degree in mechatronics, precision engineering, medical technology, physical technology, or similar
  • Solid professional experience in construction
  • Leadership experience desirable
  • Teamwork and high level of commitment
  • Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
