Description

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support customers on site and develop solutions for their problems and concerns
  • Installation and configuration of new software
  • Service and support (e.g. end device support, Office 365)
  • Administration of network components (switches, routers, firewalls)
  • Implementation and configuration of server, storage, and virtualization technologies
  • Setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring of client and server systems (VMware, Microsoft)
  • Design of terminal technologies, antivirus, and backup solutions
  • Migration of existing environments to cloud platforms such as Office 365 / Azure AD / Exchange Online
  • Monitoring and documentation of complex IT environments
  • Independent IT projects and active involvement in other projects

What You Bring

  • You have completed a vocational training in computer science, a comparable qualification, or are a career changer with relevant knowledge and experience
  • You have experience with Microsoft operating systems as well as hardware and software knowledge
  • You have a self-sufficient, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • You are not afraid of customer contact and enjoy working with customers and colleagues
  • You show initiative and have a strong customer and service orientation
  • Very good German language skills in spoken
