As part of a planned succession, we are looking for a Sales Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Knauf Interfer Group.
Your responsibilities:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership and development of employees in your area of responsibility
- Development and implementation of modern sales strategies for acquiring new and existing customers
- Management, development, and monitoring of sales processes
- Continuous process optimization
- Budget responsibility
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales and in leading employees
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident demeanor
- Collegial leadership style on equal footing
- Analytical and conceptual way of working
- Very good English skills
