As part of a planned succession, we are looking for a Sales Area Manager (m/f/d) for the Knauf Interfer Group.


Your responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and professional leadership and development of employees in your area of responsibility
  • Development and implementation of modern sales strategies for acquiring new and existing customers
  • Management, development, and monitoring of sales processes
  • Continuous process optimization
  • Budget responsibility

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales and in leading employees
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident demeanor
  • Collegial leadership style on equal footing
  • Analytical and conceptual way of working
  • Very good English skills
