Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Management of the finance and accounting department with 20 employees
  • Review, optimization, and assurance of all processes in the area of finance and accounting
  • Monitoring and support of regional associations in meeting plan-actual figures, budget and cost analysis
  • Liquidity planning and review
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Point of contact for state board members with regular reporting
  • Collaboration and support of specialist committees at the federal level as well as internal departments

Your profile

  • Experience in managing an accounting team
  • Ideally, a successfully completed degree in business administration
