Roles Background:

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to oversee our European business unit. The regional senior HRBP should be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of all aspects of the HR department. This individual should be able to manage projects, lead employees, and possess a strong strategic mindset.

Responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, implementing company policies, developing annual and quarterly hiring plans, and designing employee compensation and benefit packages. To excel in this role, you should have a thorough understanding of local labor regulations, be comfortable in a cross-cultural company environment, and have experience with human resource management tools to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong local and regional employer brand.
