Case Manager for Basic Security for Job Seekers (W/M/D)
We offer permanent full-time positions.

Depending on your personal qualifications, the salary will be in accordance with pay scale 9a/9c TVöD or A 10 LBesG.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring lawful provision of benefits according to the Social Code Book II (SGB II)
Advising and supporting beneficiaries in the application process and renewal of benefits
Promoting transparency and citizenoriented service, even in critical situations, using your communication and social skills
Collaborating closely with colleagues in the case management department

REQUIREMENTS

Completed university degree, qualification as a public administration specialist, or comparable 3year education with relevant experience and commitment to obtain the necessary qualifications through a training course
High sensitivity to social issues
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Confident in dealing with citizens seeking assistance
Teamwork and flexibility
