Recruiter (m/f/d): for our branch in Karlsruhe

Responsibilities:

You acquire and support wellknown client companies in the area of your branch
You negotiate contracts until they are finalized
Personnel recruitment, marketing, and deployment fall under your responsibility
You search for and find suitable candidates from advertising and approaching to the job interview
You independently lead and support the employees entrusted to you
