Retail Store Co-Manager

Retail Store Co-Manager.
You can look forward to exercising your leadership skills as you own the performance of both your store and your team.
Your day to day will consist of facilitating the Customer experience by holding your team accountable to our Customer Commitments.
You'll also partner with your leadership team to drive store performance to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals as well support the operational tasks that keep your store in shape to WOW your Customers.
You'll be given all the tools and training you need to support your success in your new role through our management training program.
Success is measured by your ability to develop your successors and your team's ability to consistently meet and exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Demonstrate a level of leadership that comes from a minimum 5 years of retail/consumer sales experience including 3 years in a full accountability management role.
- Reliability and flexible availability that may include days, evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day
- Open to up to 10% travel to support stores within your area or region.
- Own all store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and manage team attendance and ensure accountability through coaching and counseling.
- Respond to Customer feedback, resolve issues, and always strive for continuous improvement of the instore experience.
- Own the store visit operations and appearance checklist.
- Execute highlevel inthemoment coaching and development of your Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Team/Shift Leads to allstar leaders.
- Participate in ongoing leadership training that will finetune your management, accountability, operations, and communications skills.
- Set the tone in your store for positive attitude and high energy.
- Manage the weekly schedule and payroll budget and determine hiring needs.
- Lead and conduct interviews with prospective new team members.
- Own planograms and plan and lead merchandising of the store.
- Manage change orders and supply orders including signage and fixtures

Compensation Min:
USD $57,000.00/Yr
Compensation Max:
USD $62,000.00/Yr.
