Your responsibilities

  • Independent and self-directed planning and management of projects in the technical building equipment sector for system groups 1-3 and 7 according to HOAI, service phases 1-9 (including conceptualization and object monitoring, etc.)
  • Project management - conducting quality, cost, and schedule controls
  • Acquisition of customers or projects and presentation of the company

Your ideal profile - professional qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering for building services or a related field
  • Alternatively, state-certified technician or master for HVAC
  • Several years of experience in independent planning and project management of complex technical building equipment systems
  • Good knowledge of VOB, AVA (e.g. Arriba/ITwo), and MS-Office
  • Basic knowledge of HOAI
  • Enjoyment of technology and passion for work
