Construction Administrative Assistant


LaRosa Building Group is adding to its Administrative Assistant staff and is seeking support for its expanding operations and is currently hiring to meet the demands of its growing business.


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to estimating, construction, and accounting teams.
  • Data entry
  • Assist with bid preparation.
  • Issue letters of Intent and contracts utilizing DocuSign and Procore.
  • Track Certificate of Insurance (COI) renewals and maintain uptodate documentation.
  • Assist subcontractors with CHRO Affirmative Action plans and compliance.
  • Track Certified Payrolls and check for accuracy
  • Some local travel may be required
  • Cross train to perform administrative services when necessary, including processing mail, overnight mailings, photocopying, filing, managing phone list, processing invoices, and order supplies and stationery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of admin experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures a plus.
  • High degree of detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Computer and data entry skills, collaborative meeting platforms, and knowledge of general office equipment.
  • Approachable, proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Professional verbal and written business communication skills
  • Able to conduct research and effectively proofread.
  • Exhibit active listening skills and follow through on commitments.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and reprioritize based on urgency.
