How You'll Make a Difference:

Arkos Health is seeking a
HR Director.

The HR Director will provide direction and support to the HR Team to include onboarding, training and development, leave administration, and employee relations.

The HR Director will collaborate with senior HR leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department
  • Supervise and mentor HR team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices
  • Develop and implement HRrelated projects and initiatives in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Create project plans, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure successful project completion
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance in conjunction with the SVP of HR.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 810 years of proven experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, project management, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Works with mínimal supervision and follow up
