Starting Salary:

- $69,000 (based on experience)


Hours:


  • Monday
  • Thursday, 9:00am 6:00pm, Flex Friday 9:00am

Requirements to Apply:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
  • At least two years experience of experience in human resources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

Must have excellent communication skills
:


  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Relias (Learning Management System), and Paycom (HRMIS)
:


  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid Class C California driver's license (with a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier).
  • Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
  • An understanding of or experience in private nonprofit and governmental organizations is desired.
