Starting Salary:
- $69,000 (based on experience)
Hours:
- Monday
- Thursday, 9:00am 6:00pm, Flex Friday 9:00am

Requirements to Apply:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
- At least two years experience of experience in human resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
Must have excellent communication skills
:
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Relias (Learning Management System), and Paycom (HRMIS)
:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid Class C California driver's license (with a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier).
- Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
- An understanding of or experience in private nonprofit and governmental organizations is desired.
