Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Regularly update profiles, respond to messages and comments, and engage with our audience to build a strong online presence.
  • Develop compelling and relevant content for our social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Create visually appealing and shareable content that aligns with the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Develop and execute an effective social media strategy that aligns with our identity and objectives. Identify trends, insights, and emerging platforms to maximize our reach and impact.
  • Monitor social media analytics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to assess the success of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Actively build and engage with our online community, initiate and participate in conversations, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages meaningful interactions among our followers.
  • Stay up to date with current social media trends and relevant topics to leverage opportunities for engaging content creation and timely responses.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Social Media and Strategy, Journalism, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience).
-
3 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.

  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing and managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Facebook.
  • Proficient in content creation, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and inform decisionmaking. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
