Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Visual inspection and evaluation of manufactured components
Comparison with (customer) specifications
Reworking of minor defects (grinding, thinning)
Repair of major defects:
Preparation/cleaning of repair areas
Filling with (mixed) epoxy resin
Blending of repair areas (grinding)
Reinspection and evaluation
Documentation of performed inspections, repairs, and failures
Informing relevant employees about identified errors
End inspection tasks:
Visual inspection and evaluation of finished components, particularly in regards to features created during intermediate inspection
Comparison of visual appearance with (customer) specifications
Reworking of minor defects (grinding, thinning)
Repair of major defects (as above)
Measurement of components, including documentation
Documentation of performed inspections, repairs, and failures
Informing relevant employees about identified errors
Preparing data for shipping
Packaging of components for shipping
