Responsibilities:

Component responsibility for control unit (BMS) of the HV drive battery
Definition of adjustments to the software functional framework for optimization / expansion of functions or troubleshooting
Collaboration in the analysis of defective HV batteries with a focus on BMS software functions or malfunctions
Management of development projects including time and budget planning
Ensuring project goals, manufacturability, assembly and serviceability, as well as cost-effectiveness
Ensuring implementation of all fundamental automotive processes such as change management, bill of materials, procurement processes, validation and homologation
Reporting project progress to management
Close collaboration and communication with internal departments as well as external customers and suppliers

Completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of professional experience in hardware/software development of BMS systems, ideally in the automotive industry
Several years of professional experience in hardware/software design for control units in the automotive sector
Proven experience in leading hardware/software development projects
Experience in coordinating development service providers and supplier management
Knowledge of HV traction batteries
Knowledge of the basic functioning of an electric drive system from
